Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, we will issue a full refund. However, cancellations cannot be processed once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days after you receive the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It should also be in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.
Customers will only pay for shipping costs once (this includes return shipping). There will be no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account.
